But I took care of that! The lone zucchini we had seemed liked the perfect addition for the chicken basil stir-fry (basil is optional apparently, which just makes it a chicken stir-fry. If you put the item in the name, it should not be optional-drives me crazy!). And it would have been perfect-except I overcooked the whole thing and made it mushy...the basil was good though-glad I left that in!
