2020 AMAs Performers: Shawn Mendes, Megan Thee Stallion, Bad Bunny & More

The 2020 American Music Awards performers' lineup just got bigger!

On Tuesday (November 10), dick clark productions announced Megan Thee Stallion, Shawn Mendes, Lil Baby, Bad Bunny and Jhay Cortez will all be taking the stage to perform at this year's awards show. The latest additions will join previously-announced performers, Dua Lipa and BTS.

Megan is set to perform an unrevealed song in her first-ever AMAs presentation, as will Lil Baby, who will make his AMAs debut with a live performance of his song "Emotionally Scarred." Additionally, Mendes is slated to sing a world premiere performance, likely a tune from his highly-anticipated fourth studio album, Wonder, out this December.

Taraji P. Henson is hosting this year's ceremony, which is being led in nominations by The Weeknd and Roddy Ricch, who are topping the competition with eight nominations apiece. The "Hot Girl Summer" musician racked up five nominations this year, whereas Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Doja Cat, DaBaby and Bad Bunny collected four nods, respectively.

As it stands, Swift is the record holder as the most-decorated AMAs recipient, having claimed 29 trophies throughout her career, placing her in front of acts like Michael Jackson, Alabama and Whitney Houston.

The 2020 American Music Awards will broadcast live on Sunday, November 22, on ABC at 8 p.m. EST.
