Here's to a job well done! And contrary to what you may have heard, your continuing education and your degree at UAF does matter, and could go a long way into shaping your future. be proud of what you've accomplished and keep on keeping on, doing what you do. And know that we believe in you and realize you are the future. Some of you will head out immediately into the workforce, some will continue their education, and some will?? Because you can do pretty much anything you put your mind to, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Education is such an important piece of our existence. There are those who do not want an educated public, as it makes them easier to manipulate and control. I really thought college was not only to give us more knowledge (and knowledge is power, right?) but to also help us to grow into free thinkers and better human beings, and not to be a lemming to the system.
Okay, just some random thoughts there. Congrats again to all of you, and especially my boy Ryder, who gets his BA in Business tomorrow. And he is a force to be reckoned with, let me tell you. He's just one of the many who can change the world for the better. So live it up this weekend as come Monday, you've got a whole world to save . . .
