Well You Win Some And Then You Lose Some . . .

No I am not talking about the Packers game last night-that was a not so pretty win unless you really dig on Defense!! I was actually referring to Wingapalooza coming up on September 29th at the Carlson Center. I had the opportunity to compete earlier today for the Home Chef Champion and a chance to earn "Lord of the Wings". Look I rocked it but perhaps I tried to do too much. Everybody's wings were fabulous and I don't envy those judges trying to pick a winner. Good stuff! So I had my baked Buffalo Wings on one side with some of my delicious blue cheese dip-oh man that is incredible!! On the other side I had the same wings but not dipped in the Buffalo sauce and instead gave them a chance to sample some of my homemade hot sauces, featuring the "Just Peachy Habanero", the "Fiesty Fresno" and the "Can I Call You Peaches, Ginger?". I think the names are as yummy as the sauces, and there's a story behind every one. Thanks to TDL Staffing, MAC FCU, and the Carlson Center for making this happen and letting me be a part of it. Congrats to Lori, and Ian-we'll get 'em next year!!
