What's Rocky Growing In These Starter Things?

Okay, I'll make it easier for you-I'm trying my luck at Carolina Reaper plants. Just to mix it up. The seeds were cheap and I had soil and these pots from last year, so why not?! I'm hoping to get four or five good plants out of this...really have no idea what I'm doing. I saw this plastic covering trick somewhere-I guess it makes it's own little ecosystem and I will probably pull it off as soon as they sprout. We'll see what happens! If it works well, I'll probably give away any extra plants so let me know if you want some of that action!
