Any Day Is A Good Day For Corned Beef And Cabbage!

And I took a crack at it this past weekend to see what all the fuss was about. Made it in the slow cooker and I'm happy with the end results...with or without the carrots! Next time, I guess I'd put in less water...and maybe more beer! And share-I've had corned beef and cabbage for everything but breakfast since Saturday!!! I might like to try it with carrots, but that upsets the corned beef purists and I just can't deal with that!! Haha!!
