Perhaps, but we had no other choice really. I bought 2 of these when I was in Green Bay I believe in 2016...one "disappeared" at a company event, but the other was to be preserved until the Packers won another Super Bowl. That plan had to be altered, as I was showing the bottle to a fellow Packer fan I noticed it was leaking from the top. Now I don't how the aging process works for champagne/sparkling wine, but I wasn't sure it would be good even if the top had not popped...I fully expected the Pack to bring home a championship before now. Anyhow, we finished breaking it open and I must say it was rather tasty. If the Packers do indeed win it all this year, I will find other means to celebrate! My biggest fear is that by dipping into this now, I have jinxed the system...I guess we'll know soon enough!!
