Jimmy Kimmel has issued another challenge to parents!
He asked his viewers who are parents, to prank their kids by making them spaghetti and snowballs for dinner... because so much of the U.S. is being hit by snow.
This is so mean... yet we can't help but laugh at the kids' reactions!
