While Cyber Monday is pretty crazy every year, this year was a record breaking Cyber Monday considering we're all at home due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. While we wait for our packages to arrive at our doorstep, UPS is hard at work and it's no surprise that UPS is looking to add hundreds of seasonal employees. The major shift to online shopping, which is projected to be up 33% compared to last year, has made the company busier than ever. There are roughly 500 openings at the UPS Ontario hub and at the company’s brand new Riverside warehouse. Those seasonal jobs are expected to run through mid-January.
