If you're a big coffee lover, you are fully aware that the day can't get started without your morning coffee. Well, if you don't have time to drive to Starbucks, the company just released the perfect drink for you. Starbucks just released a new line of Cold & Crafted coffee that was made with customers preferences in mind. The coffee giant conducted a huge body of research and found that coffee drinkers want a smooth coffee taste with just a splash of milk and flavor. The company also fund that customers want their coffee to have no preservatives, lower sugar, lower calories, and an accessible price point. Senior product developer on Starbucks R&D team, Manpreet Cheema said in a press release,
“The team’s primary focus was to develop lightly sweetened coffee beverages, below 100 calories, without compromising the taste profile. Choosing the best roast profiles and brewing method was key to delivering on a smooth, refreshing sip, and we did months of tastings and consumer tests to make sure we got it just right.”
The team decided to release a line of cold brew coffee that provides a complex, yet balanced profile, with a hint of cocoa on top and a splash of milk and light sweetness. There are three new flavors to choose from: Coffee with a Splash of Milk & Vanilla,Coffee with a Splash of Milk & Mocha, andCoffee Sweetened Black. You're able to find these bottle in grocery stores, at gas stations and local convenience stores for less than $3 per bottle.
